The Manual is in two parts. The first part deals with specific topics, while the second provides worksheets and exercises that you can print out and use independently in your work. At the beginning of each chapter, the main points are summarised in a few sentences, then there is the detailed content, which includes useful tips, actual cases and proposed solutions.
