Standard Operating Procedure for the Handling and Processing of Canine Blood Samples and Performance of Routine Hemato-logical and Biochemical Analyses within the Nanostructurome Pipeline

This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) outlines the standardized collection, handling and processing of canine venous blood samples for analytical purposes using serum, plasma, or whole blood. It includes protocols for the preparation of serum and plasma, as well as the dilution of whole blood and plasma for the measurement and characteri-zation of extracellular vesicles. The SOP also details the procedures for routine hemato-logical and biochemical analyses, which are integral to the comprehensive evaluation of animals enrolled in the Nanostructurome project.
