Synopsis

The scientific monograph Coaching – Psychological Foundations and Contemporary Organisational Practice provides a comprehensive exa-mination of coaching as a modern approach to individual and organisational development, situating it within the broader context of psychological science and organisational practice. The authors highlight that coaching in Slovenia (and more broadly) remains insufficiently regu-lated, raising important questions regarding professional standards, ethical frameworks, and its distinction from related activities such as psychotherapy, psychological counselling, mentoring, and consulting.
