This technology has a positive impact on many HR processes, optimizing recruitment, organizational tuning, training and day-to-day operational tasks. ChatGPT thus contributes to increased productivity, better accessibility of information and an improved employee experience by reducing the need for human intervention and simplifying tasks. However, the use of ChatGPT also brings challenges such as ensuring user trust, technological limitations, integration with existing systems and ethical issues such as data privacy and algorithmic bias. It is crucial that these challenges are adequately addressed to prevent discrimination and ensure fair treatment of employees.
