Synopsis

Since its very beginnings, HR has been a dynamic field, constantly adapt­ing to new technological challenges, and these are continuing with the ad­vance of artificial intelligence. The integration of ChatGPT, an advanced AI language model, marks an important milestone in workforce management. This technology has a positive impact on many HR processes, optimizing re­cruitment, organizational tuning, training and day-to-day operational tasks. ChatGPT thus contributes to increased productivity, better accessibility of information and an improved employee experience by reducing the need for human intervention and simplifying tasks. However, the use of ChatGPT also brings challenges such as ensuring user trust, technological limitations, integration with existing systems and ethical issues such as data privacy and algorithmic bias. It is crucial that these challenges are adequately ad­dressed to prevent discrimination and ensure fair treatment of employees. This requires striking a harmonious balance between AI-driven automation and preserving the human touch, which remains key to effective employee management.
