Prevajanje v porabščino

This article presents a list of translations of foreign and Slovenian literature into the Rába dialect. In the Rába Valley, the local dialect plays the same role as standard Slovenian does in Slovenia. It is also used as a language of literature. The practice of translating into the Rába dialect is relatively new, and there is not much information regarding this type of use of the dialect. The amount of translations into the Rába dialect has been unclear until now, and it was also unknown who the translators were because the COBIB database does not include a classification based on dialects.
