Slovenian Minorities in Neighbouring Countries

The monograph summarizes the results of many years of research on the geographical aspects of Slovenian minorities in the neighbouring countries of Italy, Austria, Hungary and Croatia. The geographical aspects primarily track the processes in the area of minority settlement and the demographic and structural changes in the minority population. The present work goes beyond a purely geographical approach towards an interdisciplinary analysis and presentation of minorities as specific social communities and of the political and historical circumstances in which minorities have developed.
