Z vodo do modrosti preko filozofije in izkustva elementov: Primer solinarstva
Synopsis
This article focuses on water and its occurrence, role, and significance as seen in research on contemporary salt-making as experiential environmental wisdom. The authors approach this topic from the broader field of environmental humanities, primarily focusing on experiential embodied behavior, the anthropology of water, the philosophy of elements, and eco-ethnographic insights gained through participatory observation. The text follows the flow of water in the Lera area of the Sečovlje Saltworks: from the sea through evaporation areas to crystallization pools. It thus shows how water is one of the supporting elements of salt-working wisdom.
