Raba ločil skozi prizmo uporabniških zadreg v jezikovni svetovalnici

This article analyzes questions from the Language Consulting Service database to identify punctuation problems faced by its users. The analysis shows that most questions are related to interpreting rules in the context of specific problems, but often the issues are also related to linguistic changes. It therefore offers a more detailed presentation of questions in which users do not demonstrate insufficient knowledge of the current codification, but instead indicate that it is not sufficient or precise enough, or that the norm has changed.
